Oh man I had a most awesome view of Mt Rainier on my way to work this morning. 
Not a cloud in the sky, had the sun barely in my eye and in the distance I saw what would have been normally impossible to see on a typical Pacific Northwest day!

Today has been a good day for me, musically, if nothing else.
Woke up to a morning of Paraf, then started listening to a few old Ska albums (Skinhead Moonstomp by Symarip, Ska Splash '96 by Laurel Aitken and House of Rhythm, then some compilation album, and now an album by The Specials)
And Ska is happy music (which is good, 'cause I got a bad cold ATM! 
)

Also, the crude self-hypnotherapy I attempted seems to be working, and my fear of death which was making me feel sick has abated somewhat! Looks like as long as I don't let myself drift too far into the topic, I can switch to some other thought if it comes up, without any side-effects. God bless the placebo effect!
