Got it, here's my turn 0 report
**Foreign trade check

Going to try to improve our GPT a bit.
Cancel crab to Hatty for 5 gpt
Re-sign crab to Hatty for 8 gpt
Fish to Mao for 8 gpt
Fish to Genghis for Dye
Ivory to Genghis for 7 gpt
Ivory to Monty for 9 gpt
Ivory to Cyrus for 5 gpt
Much better
**City management check
Not going to name everything but here are a few changes
Humming along making minor changes when I came across this

OK who's the wiseguy who started on a forge with 1 base hammer + 2 bad specialists...

Might as well switch to worker @ 7 turns he can do something useful
Ditto for Diamond Colony also building forge @ 3 base hammers just going to start longbowman
Rostov is building forbidden palace, I think this isn't necessary unless we're planning to move palace to the other continent
otherwise state property will take care of much of the problem if our empire gets too big
It's our top 5 production city atm so gets the nod for more cossacks
Btw our best production cities are not necessarily our best science cities by a long shot...like Yaroslavl' for example is in the bottom half of our cities in terms of science and has heroic epic...so observatory isn't a priority whereas cossacks, at 4 turns apiece, is. We gotta restart the war while our UU is still a very advanced unit
Switch to harbors in a couple cities that already have a trade route of +2
Our gpt is -9 after some minor tile reworking
**Units check
Stop ALL worker actions because of stuff like this:
View attachment 112746
That worker is going to spend 9 turns building a farm that can't be worked by any city and that isn't for purposes of spreading irrigation comeon
Generally I think there's too much farming going on, like those tundra tiles by Orenburg above. They currently have watermills on them and if I had to change it I'd much rather opt for cottages, but probably leave it alone for now. I mean that city is going to work ocean tiles and everything else on god's green earth before ever considering working a farmed tundra and it's not even working all ocean tiles now. Biology isn't a super priority as far as I know and still they won't be very useful farmed
We have 6 cossacks, 5 in that city we captured from Cyrus and 1 in galleon. Definitely need more before thinking of restarting the war
We might also want another Galleon to help build a consistent bridge to Cyrus; we have 3 atm
**Tech check
We're still solidly ahead in tech, last time I played none of the other civs had paper and several of them STILL don't have it

By the same token many of the civs still don't know each other
Nothing to trade techwise and I decide not to sell any, most I can get atm is 280 gold from Monty and cheapest tech I can sell is paper
Rifling is due in 3 turns, haven't decided what to go for next...Scientific method then physics(great scientist) or communism(Kremlin)? Corporation (but it obsoletes our GL)?
**Civics check
Currently running representation/free market/free religion/bureaucracy/emancipation
We aren't making that much use of specialists to really benefit from representation and I don't plan to stunt growth in cities just for that. at least it has low civic upkeep
Statue of Liberty would've given representation a big boost but we haven't built it and capital (which has it queued after observatory) is like fortysomething turns away from completing it
I consider revolting to universal suffrage and free speech, but hold off on it because the costs appear to outweigh the benefits in the short term
Bureaucracy / free speech: +2 gold we get from towns w/free speech add up to like 30 extra gold right now, plus the decreased civic cost makes it around +36 (not taking banks and stuff into account which we don't have much of yet) or so but capital is generating +45 extra right now due to the +50% from bureaucracy, plus there's the +50% production..soon though as we get more towns that'll change.
As for representation vs universal suffrage, pretty much similar cost/benefit rationale because suffrage has higher civic upkeep, and +1 hammer will become much more useful once we get more towns, and hurrying production through gold will become pivotal once we get communism (we ARE going to get the kremlin no?)
Turn up research to 90% for a bit
OK onto the game, here's the save btw

EOT Turn 0:
Whaling Station finishes theatre, go for harbor @ 20 turns
Capital finishes Observatory, Statue of Liberty was queued, but go for Galleon @ 3 turns
Mao completes notre dame
Turn 1:
Mostly worker actions, going to chop some trees we're not using
Move galleon with one cossack
Missed this turn 0, going to switch some working tile in capital with the other city might as well inrease our benefit from bureaucracy while we can
EOT Turn 1:
Rifling comes in, science back down to 80%
Choices are scientific method, corporation and chemistry. I opt for SM. Corporation obsoletes great lighthouse so no immediate benefit, and chemistry gives us grenadiers which we don't need because none of the other civs will have riflemen for quite some time, ditto for frigates
Going to move things along more quickly now report-wise
Turn 2-3: Mostly worker actions (ongoing)
EOT Turn 3:
Moscow builds Galleon, Rifleman next
Yaroslavl builds Cossack, Rifleman next
Caesar builds Hagia Sophia
Turn 4: Galleons are lined up for optimal unit transfer
EOT Turn 4:
Crab Island builds lighthouse, worker @ 9 turns
Vladivostok builds Granary, library @ 45

Gordium finishes theatre, eh...Courthouse@90.
Some of these will just be goldrushed later
Turn 5: more of the same
EOT Turn 5:
Peace treaty w/Cyrus runs out
Rostov builds Cossack, Rifleman
Yeka builds Cossack, Rifleman
EOT Turn 6:
Yakutsk finishes worker, since it's got a base hammer of 1, I just set it to research
Novgorod builds university, Cossacks next
Yaroslavl builds Rifleman, Cossacks next
EOT Turn 7:
Scientific Method in, tough choice but I go for Communism next @ 6
Orenburg builds granary, library @ 22
EOT Turn 8:
Moscow builds RIfleman, detour a bit for bank @ 5
Yaroslavl builds Cossacks, another
EOT Turn 9:
Petersburg builds COssacks Rifleman next
Turn 10:
Gordium now has 10 Cossacks and 2 Rifleman, we're getting ready for another war
Trade options can now be modified
Cancel Ivory to Genghis for 7g/Re-sign same deal for 8g
Re-sign Ivory to Monty for 10g instead of 9g
Re-sign Ivory to Cyrus for 11g instead of 5g (we'll war against him soon but why not squeeze every bit out of him while we can)
Some civs have also built up some $$, so..
Code of Laws to Genghis for 250
PAper to Monty for 380g, lots of other civs have it now
Here I made a bit of an oversight, after the sale Monty turned from Annoyed to Cautious and he was willing to trade his resources..well, I already gave ivory for 10gpt before that so that can't be cancelled for a while. No big deal because the gold is something and we aren't in dire need of any of his resources now
So after all that here's our empire:

And I haven't counted the numbers since my turn 0 but switching civics might be worthwhile soon if not now
