Re-define keyboard shortcuts

Hi,
is there a way to re-define the keyboard shortcuts? I'm talking about the possibility to choose a new key (or a combination) for a specified function instead of the standard key/combination; i.e.: ALT+P to pause the game instead of the PAUSE key.

Depending on what you want you can mod it.
Some of the shortcuts, e.g. worker actions, are defined in the XML files.
