Re-ordering the Civilopedia

I've always found the organization of the Civilopedia contents puzzling, it just seems awkward to start of with Techs and not get to the Civs and Leaders until the middle; really its just a personal preference, but I think the cast of characters, if you will, should be the most prominent.

Any idea how I would go about re-ordering the table of contents for the Civilopedia? I'm pretty sure it lies somewhere in Python, however I'm only familiar with XML...

On a related note, would it be possible to change the names of the Civilopedia and other contents of the main menu? Strictly a graphical convenience only, I just don't think "Civilopedia" and "Hall of Fame" fit well with say a fantasy mod. (Never mind, found this one in the Text files)
