I have seen posts from 2003 saying that Civ4 crashes on people. This has been three years and there is still no fix for this issue. I for one am saying to sue. I know I will not get much, but if every person whom baught a copy sued for he price of there copy that crashed it would make 2K Games realy start thinking of how much dedication the put into there R&D. Go ahead. you wasted $60 on the game. Now wast $40 on submitting a law suit against 2KGames for not supporting there product and releasing a knowingly faulty game to the market. They released Civ4 Gold a short time ago knowing that the game continues to crash on %75 of customers computers.

Make a difference. Stop software manufacturers from taking advantage us again. Other wise this will be another Valvue issue where they sell HL1 knowing it does not work on ANY modern computer.

You won't be able to get any of this lot to do this, they've been brainwashed by teh devil (FIRA666IS) in collaboration with 2K 'Beelzebub' Games.

But I support your crusade! I'll sue 2K because they made a game that apparently doesn't work sometimes! I'll sue my shoes because they're making my feet uncomfortable. Curse those lawyers, being so easily accessible. I'll sue them.

1) Firstly, just because you had issues with it doesn't mean that 75% of people did.

2) Most issues with the game are the fault of the player, not the game

3) If you would have bothered to try to find a solution to your problem, you might accomplish more than you are by waving stupid lawsuit threats.

I'd quite like to see these crash reports from 2003. You know, seeing as Civ IV came out in 2005, and all. Lawyers do like to know about that sort of thing.

Seriously, I've never had civ 4 crash on me (I don't run any mods though except the HOF mod). You must be really angry if you sign up for this forum just to make your post anyway.

PC developers can get a bit lazy because they know they can patch things I suppose. It's crept onto XBox too, Morrowind and Oblivion have to be some of the most bug-ridden games I have ever played, they crash all the time. Morrowind on the XBox used to crash during saving of the game, which I had to do every 5 minutes or so, or lose my progress, annoying.

Sherrok-you should sue them. The put that error in just for you. sue them hundred-thousand and a can be your witness saying they made a piece of crap game. 2K games sucks down the drawn and wanted people who spend hours on the computer playing the game, turn off. And we can sue again because i didn't finish my homework playing Civ 4 and getting bad grades. We can sue saying that the Nazi won when i was playing road to war. Lets sue cause i lost to Tokugawa. You are so right. After, we can sue rehab for releasing you
