recieving gold while running in deficit

Why in the world am I gaining gold each turn, while running in the red... Im at 30% should be losing about 18g per turn, but i seem to be gaining that instead....


Has anyone seen similar, or maybe can explain?

Missed a World Wonder -> invested hammers converted to gold?
Hammer overflow converted to gold? (Are you building Work Boats in your Heroic Epic/Ironworks city that has a Military Academy, Drydocks, Forge, Shale Plant powered Factory under Police State / State Property = +445% production bonus ?)
