I say there should be a 'slave' tech. Also, 1/2 gold for every soldier present at the destruction of a group of people. As 'Loot'
Perhaps in addition to your loot mechanism we could have a culminating slave resource which is only granted from aggressive expansion when specified under by individual players boosting the economy which slowly dries up unless a steady supply of conflict is maintained?
