Recommend me an Earth TSL map for multiplayer

Im looking for an earth map, seize large to play in multiplayer.

It would be nice with natural starting resources and containing the new civs. I dont want huge or gaint due to waiting time, and standard is too small for earth map.

Unfortunately you can't play Earth maps in multiplayer.

Civ 5 multiplayer sucks. It's unplayable for me cuz my internet sucks, but even if it was playable I wouldn't do it cuz you can't use any mods, scenarios, or the best maps around... Earth maps.

Civ 4 multiplayer was wayyyyyyyyyyy better even though it had its own issues. Heck, I played 18 player Earth maps fine all the time with DIAL UP! I can't even play a 2 player game in Civ 5 without issues and I don't even have dial up anymore. And besides all these issues there is no lobby chat room which was really nice in Civ 4 and the multiplayer games in Civ 5 are listed regionally. That's why you only see a handful of games at a time.

I didn't think it was possible Firaxis could make multiplayer this crappy, but I was proven wrong.
