Redefine the titles?

Of course, join date doesn't tell the whole story. :D I've been on The Ultimate Civ2 Site back in '97 or '98, then forced to join Apolyton *gasps!!* (on the old forum), then I took refuge here. ;)

So the solution would be to stop these posts counting towards their post counts. The same could happen with H & J although the quantity is alot smaller.

Good idea. :)

Posts in the RPG forum no longer count toward postcounts now. I will make the forum update everyone's postcount to reflect the change soon.

Maybe it even speeds up the server again, ... or maybe it slows it down more. :lol:
Concerning the titles, they should stay custom. But maybe there should be a rule not to change them too often. So that at least they give a poster a kind of personality.

Im happy we at the RPG can finally have something to tell those people calling us spammers :-)

Together with the ram and with the busy (hopefully) being history, this will again make the demogame even more fun ;-)

so are you taking all the posts away or just stopping them being added anyway at least you cant all winge now about it
 
A wonderful idea!

Of course, not all posts in the RPG are spam, but a good number of them are. Just imagine having to read all that spam....:(
 
Nope. It would be the same if i would say "all non demogame and civ3 related posts are spam" :-)
As said already, what is spam and what not depends on the standpoint.

Well, i also lost about 1000, but i was happy to see 3/4 of my posts were not in the rpg but somewhere else :-)
Finaly i have the evidence at hand that im no spammer and not only posting in the rpg ;-)
