I compleatly agree with that map, Just remember that the capital has to be located on a new artificial island. That way, everyone will be equally mad and angry that THEIR capital didn't make it.

Through heritage, I'm probably as Catholic as you can get - Southern German and Southern Italian is the main parts of my ethnical background. (The latter can sorta mean Byzantine though! ...I guess)
