Renaming a city bug

When renaming and city, hitting cancel renames the city anyways.

Confirmed. The CANCEL button cancels the renaming action before typing any text, but not after. If you type new text, the CANCEL and ACCEPT buttons both change the name to what you typed. This behavior can be reproduced with the attached save file and, for example, the city of Tokyo.
