@Icmancin The Serfs don't really have a spokes person anymore, you'll simply have to put them down which they probably will do with no real resistance.

Reno, I think you should use the simple system of if a diplo treaty isn't mentioned in orders, then it doesn't exist.

I actually am using that, I haven't even updated the Misc post in the first page yet, i'll update that at some point but only with the treaties that were mentioned in the orders.

Speaking of which. Orders due by next Wednesday (GMT+2), update is again next Thursday.

It's not a blunder (*Resists urge to feed Finmaster to a Kraken*), just that many people complained about the price of training before the first update so I decided to change it. But only after the first update, since I had already received orders with those rules.

I've also mentioned more then once that you can only raise stats such as Confidence, Culture, etc, 1 level per turn. So you could have raised Confidence, Culture and Education by 1 each instead.

Reno, i believe i said in my orders to grow my economy, not grow a EC... So my economy should be at +4 now. You can take back taipei the EC though, especially since it's not even on the map.

@Kal'Thzar I can't remember anymore how did you intend to grow your economy level, getting Glasgow as a eco center however I do remember with industrialization.
