Ohh, yet more Animated Smilies to work periodically for me, yippee!!!

Sigh, as much as I hate to admit this, I think that the new Rant Smily is actually kinda neat, its kinda funny to look at. Now, we all know what I think about Smilies, and I don't need to go on at how anopying this new batch shall be, etc. And the Banna is just about the annoyingest (its a word!!!) thing that I have ever seen.

@XIII: I personally believe that CFCers are perfectly capable of annoying one another without it.

Your new title doesn't seem to make much sense, BTW; moderatus means "moderate", or "moderated", and you appear to have one masculine and one feminine adjective modifying the same noun.
