lol Thanks, but there's still a few problems that need attending. The glasses go through his eyebrows when he's frowning, not sure how I can fix that. Also the shoulders look dodgy where the epaulette was

Well, all the graphic work is done, just need to fix up the pedia entry and some other xml stuff before I upload it as a standalone mod

Thanks, having some trouble with it atm though. Everytime I merge Hirohito with Napoleon and add the epaulettes and the medal, NIF viewer crashes. I also tried exporting them as single objects out of Max (which lost the spec and bump maps) and then adding them in the NIF viewer. This worked but I couldn't get the epaulettes to animate properly..

You have to attach the epaulettes to the torso so that it moves together. In NIFSkope, you would paste the imported epaulette right below the torso entry (or whatever it is - body - can't recall).

Thanks, I've made one other leaderhead before this one. It's the Spanish dictator Francisco Franco, it's not as good as the Hirohito one but it's alright. It's actually what I based Hirohito off.




Also, Wyz_sub10 I'm still having trouble with the epaulettes, I connected them to the torso in NifSkope, but afterwards it screwed the rotation axis up so I'll have to fix it up again. Or I might try pre-rotating it in max so that when I import it, it'll be right.

Good work. The Spanish desperately need another leaderhead (especially since everyone hates Isabella's personality). However, it bears a lot of resemblance to Hirohito right now as well as to the current Hitler leaderhead (also based on Napoleon), and you need to work on differentiating Franco more. For one thing, it looks in the picture that Franco doesn't wear fancy eppilettes, that they're simply straps the same color as his uniform. That would probably be enough to make the outfit noticably different from Hirohito; you've already relocated the buttons and pockets. Having changed the ears and eyes on Hirohito helps also. Perhaps if you tweaked the hair a little bit on Franco, especially the area just above the ears, and made the mustache a tiny bit smaller.

Bottom line though is that you've got skill here, and the community would really benefit from your continued work.

Yeah he does need a bit of work, the main reason I made him was so that there was a modern Spanish leader, and yeah I hate Isabella lol. So I'll just change the straps on his shoulders to his uniform colour, and maybe have a go at the hair?

Sorry for the delay but I tend to get slack with the xml work, as it's the most boring part I'm also working on another project atm Anyway I'll upload my Hirohito LH this wednesday or thursday at the latest. I'll include the pedia entry and the button and everything.

I've never uploaded anything before but I'll work it out till then, thanks for the feedback
