Request: Manifest Destiny Map w/ or w/o civs

This is a request for a map for a simple sczenario of the westward expansion of the united states, british canada, & mexico in the 19th century. If anyone has any spare time I'd really apreciate its creation. The map would go as far west as the californian coasline, as far north as the southern coast of hudson bay, as far east as new orleans and chicago, and as far south as a little below mexicio city. the sczenario would have 5 or 6 civs: the United States of America, British Canada, United States of Mexico, Republic of Texas, and two American-Indian tripes undecided. I'm not sure if this scenario has any potential, I am just trying out the editor, so don't work to hard!
