There used to be a mod for this pre-R&F but wasnt updated.
I managed to update it myself but cant anymore for GS.
Basically just does what it says, will always display all victory conditions(including diplo and score). The edit used to be super easy but with this expansion they tweaked it too much.
I like to play with all victory conditions disabled without turn limit, but I still wanna know who is doing how, other than the Demographics mod.
