Required mods not installed?

I've only just started seing this. I was in a modded game (Massive list of mods, will post if need be), and I mis-clicked, sending a unit embarking in front of a galley. I went to load the autosave. It said 'Required mods are not installed', despite the fact that nothing had changed. I tried several other games, but each time said the same. Any ideas as to why this would be showing up?

Nevermind, the issue was caused by a conflict between the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab wonders
