Resource Monopoly Bug

I may have discovered a glich in BTS version 3.19. I had a monopoly on the uranium resource and other civilizations were still building nukes...I'm wonder if passing the Free trade resolution hand anything with allowing access of that resource to other civs. Any one ever have a monopoly on any other resource?

Having a monopoly on uranium is pretty hard, from experience. Usually uranium is pretty well spread across the whole map. Agree that a save would be helpful, but are you 100% sure you are the only one with access to uranium and that you are not trading away any of it (check the Foreign Advisor screen to double check)?
