OOC: I have declared the Huns NPC. Naervod still hasnt posted so i moved for him. Also it appears as tho in the map i forgot to change Crete to the colour of the Twin Kingdoms, it is still their territory, please treat it as such. I will fix it next update.

The South African Confederation continues to make threatening moves towards the Europa Sud-Afrika colony, in reponse the Mali Kingdom has thrown its full might behind the Europan presence.

The SAC completes its Great Temple in the capital of Xhosasuran(Sp?)

The Greek war finally ends as the Huns agree to peace and withdraw from Greek territory. A victory for Roma.

Persia and the Huns reach an agreement to peace also and Emperor Xerxes assists the Huns in expanding eastwards.

In some minor border skirmishes the forces of Babylon and Persia clash. Although there has not been an outright declaration of war nor has there been any invasion, it could come at any time.

King Ribb-Addi fearful of upsetting his new friends in Persia and Egypt distances himself from Babylon and their recent warmongering. Effectively ending the Syrian Alliance.

Egyptian, Mali and English settlers all arrive in the Azores at around the same time. Since all nations are friends the settlers work out between themselves two islands for each nation. (OOC: I added an Island for the Mali to make it fair)

In the English-Viking colonial race, the English appear to be winning what with gobbling up territory more quickly than their northern friends. The Vikings have gone slower because of many other interests occupying their time.

India issues a statement of protest to the Empire of the Seas, Cambodia because of its Invasion of Japan. The leader, Arya Ghandi has been quoted as saying "Japan assists their ally and defends themselves while Cambodia attacks both China and Japan indescriminately"

Japan does not move forward against Brisbane but is able to hold its ground as it has withdraw much of its armies to repel the Cambodians.

Cambodia fights its way forward through Japan encountering resistance not only from the army but from the local populace, the Japanese seeing they can not win they make the Cambodians pay in blood for every bit of territory they conquer.

China and Mongolia meet in a final battle in the Stepps. Temujin, the mongols greatest warrior and leader is still missing, as a result the Mongols are defeated completely and finally by China.

A new, Democratic system have been created.
The Democratic System wanted a new capital, to show the new way, and desided to call the JAVA CITY to be this capital.

The people were growing restless with the Huns defeat in the Greek War. They yearned for a say in their nations politics. They gathered in mobs outside the palace of Atila calling for a revolt. Suddenly the palace guards gave in and the angry mobs stormed the palace, killing the Chief and his advisors. They then wrote a new Constitution.

The Hun nation will be divided up into 4 provinces. There will be two houses of the legislature that make decisions for the country. The Senate will consist of the Governors of each province and the Vice Chairman of the nation. The Assembly will consist of 50 members, each province getting an amount of members based on its population. Every 4 years, there will be new gubernatorial and Assembly elections and every 6 years there will be an election for Chairperson of the Huns. The provinces are responsible for transportation, law enforcement, and goods and services, while the central government is responsible for the army, education, foreign relations, and international trade.
The Chairman of the Huns will appoint a 5-person cabinet with the following ministers: Trade, Foreign Affairs, Defense, Justice, Interior. The Cabinet will be appointed by the incoming Chairperson and be ratified by a majority of the current Senate
Any laws must be approved by a majority of both houses. Any embargoes must be approved by a majority of the Senate and the Minister of Trade. Any declarations of war and signing of peace must be approved by a 2/3 majority of both Houses and a majority of the cabinet. Any pacts, alliances, or other diplomatic agreements are made by the Foreign Minister and ratified by the Cabinet.
All national laws are enforced by the Minister of Justice. The Minister of Justice is also responsible for the creation of courts as he sees fit. Right now, there is a National Supreme Court and Provincial Courst, to which citizens can take issues to. All court appointments are made by the Minister of Justice and confirmed by a majorty of the Senate.
The Minister of the Interior is responsible for all internal affairs not covered by any other ministers or the provinces. He may call for a wartime mobilization of the economy with the approval of both houses and the cabinet.
The Minister of Trade is responsible for all foreign and internal trade. He can make any trade agreement with another nation by himself with the exception of embargoes, which are listed above.
The Minister of Defense is responsible for the miltary, both homeland and abroad. He may start a national draft or call for war mobilization with the 2/3 majority approval of both houses and the Cabinet.
The Chairman must approve all laws passed by both houses. If he vetoes the proposal, then a 2/3 majority of both houses may override the veto. The Chairman also is the Commander-in-Chief of the army and has the final say in military actions. He may also call for a mobilization of the economy or a military draft. He is also responsible for creating new offices as he sees fit with the approval of the Assembly.
