And 3800 BC was a sad year for the great Chinese empire. The mighty emperor Xong Chi Wuan had died at the age of 227 while on a diplomatic mission to EYE, and was succeeded by his son Yong Chi Wuan.
Yong Chi Wuan was only 15 when he came to the throne, but a genius. This was proved when he had most of the advisors beheaded to start his reign, as they had been increasing the size of the Navy when his father had ordered that the Army be prioritized. (OOC: WHY did I get a navy size increase when I clearly said Army first?) The single advisor that was left was the one with the plan for the eventual growth of China: Borders would stretch through FUC-WUH-CHK-SNH-KIR-KRA-EYE, and China would be a truly great nation. Once Yong Chi Wuan had looked over the plan, he ordered the last advisor beheaded for calling him Young Chi Wu-wu.
The people then saw that no dissent of this magnitude would be tolerated towards their God-favored Emperor (OOC: I run an Ancient Monarchy but the leader title is Emperor), and their confidence in him grew.

Upper Egypt had flourished with the power of the Pharoh expanding to all of the lands under his realm. The Nile flowed strong in his land, and for the past two seasons had dumped more then three times the amount of life-giving silt to his land then before. Yet, the current raids along his border and Pharoh Hathor's borders displeased the mighty Pharoh. Hathor must be up to something, he thought.

Story
The Great King Ninchcaman was awaiting responses from the explorers sent to the north, at last somebody entered the throne room, it was Namacho, his loyal advisor, and probably his heir to the throne.

"Sire" said Namacho "Our settlers from the north made contact with a new people who call themselves Mayan, and ambassador from their empress whish to meet with your highness"

Niculigalpa entered the room, he salutes the emperos and start

"I bring the words from our most greatest ruler, the Magnificent Omni Maya"

"The Mayan people and the Chimu share a lot of things in common, we worship the same Gods, and we speak a very similar language, therefore Omni Maya would like to agree with you a Non Aggresion Pact"

"Omni Maya is a wise leader, and I will accept your words of friendship and your pact, however, we must ask you not to expand anymore to your south, as that land belongs to the Chimu"

After that the ambassador had gone away, Ninchcaman jumped off the throne, he was upset because the level of gold in his treasury wa dropping day by day

"Namacho" he said "what should be done about this?"

"I don't know sire, maybe if we build some infrustructures through our empire we should be able to stop losing all this gold"

World Events
The Kingdom of Great China makes another attempt to expand into Korea, they meet with heavy resistance and are thrown back out by an army carrying the standard of the Empire of Japan.

The Kingdom of Pheonicia convinces Byzantium to capitulate be seizing the surrounding farmland, the city leaders agree to enter the Kingdom.

Greece issues protest to Pheonicia for its violation of Byzantine independence.

Carthage continues expansion into the Euro continent. Hannibal of Carthage announces an alliance between Carthage and Upper Egypt. Lower Egypt allies with the Kingdom of Pheonicia in repsonse.

Babylon and India create a NAP. They begin trading.
