Seeing the Chimu Empire in the Top 5 of the highest culture was something of great pleasure for him.
But he wanted more, the education was still lacking some facilities, and he wanted the Chimu to have a very high education, he wanted them to be able to match Cartaginians or Egyptians educational systems.

With widespread use of the ideologies of the Republic, the Cambodians discovered many errors in the functionality of the Republican government, and while the Republic is a highly productive type of government and give moderate freedom to the people, it left massive sections of the population out of the process of Government.
To solve this Cambodian philosophers create the theory of the "Democracy", an improved form of Republic.
Ancient Democracy, like republic is governed by a central body or senate, what is different is that the Senate is led by a Council of 5 Senators who are no more senior than the other, and the right to vote is extend to include all men, rather than just men over a certain age and income like in Republic. However women and slaves are still not included.

OOC: I have added the capital cities of every nation in their approximate locations from what I can remember on the map. The capitals are the little circles within anations territory.
I have also repaired two gross georgraphical errors in the map. one i have opened the strait between the black and aegean seas. two i have renamed AZO(azores) on this map to is correct name relative to is position to MID(Madeira islands) and moved AZO to its more geographical correct position so there are now more islands in the atlantic to colonise

The war between Cambodia and China ends with the signing of the Treaty of Hong Kong. Cambodia then launches an invasion of Great Chinas lost ally, the Empire of Japan.
On the field of battle in New Guinea, Japanese and Brisbane forces clash resulting in a stunning Japanese victory.
In the CRL islands, the Japanese fleet encounters the Brisbanite fleet. After a pitched battle in shallow waters the Brisbanites retreat.
The Brisbane Emperor completes his grand Palace in Brisbane. The people of his Empire feel he deserves an opulent home as a reward for his efforts to unify the continent and to repair the damage done to the Brisbane armed forces by the last Emperor and various wars since.
Tensions between the EC and the SAC reach unprecendent levels after the King of Europa informs the South Africans that they would have to forcibly take his lands if they wanted them.
The Twin Kingdoms hold from further attacks against the Hun Empire and claim current territory as their own.
