So, as all you people may or may not know, Dommy cockblocked me by declaring war on me without announcing it in the thread. Now, I normally don't care about sneak attacks, but because of this, I didn't get my claims in addition to not getting the 5 lp from being at war.
I don't know how to continue this without sounding like a whiney little putz, but I guess there should be some vote on if I get the 5lp or not.

To keep AA from sounding like a whiney little putz, the corporation gifts him 5 LP (this is not a loan). We do ask Egypt for a trade agreement after hostilities have settled.

Now, this turn, they both know they have an extra 5 LP to spend.
It's up to the players as to how they're going to deal with this in-game because this was a Pearl Harbor-level of sneak attack. Right now, the two are on the same level when it comes to LP spending. They have the same number of provinces and are both getting the +5 LP spending. Therefore, both are getting 15 LP to spend this turn.

1. That region is Russian-speaking and we regard it as rightfully ours as the successor state to the Russian Empire and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. By contrast the Khitan Qhaganate has no historical claim to the area whatsoever.

I actually said if you didn't give me the land I wanted I'd declare war. So I made it clear. My ATTACK orders were secret, but the fact that war was going to happen was clear. Also, we are still prepared to accept our deal we offered last turn (We'll give you 5 XPs for the 4 territories.)
But this is the last chance its available. If you should refuse this time, it will be your end.

its both a free trading agreement, and a defensive pact, oh yeah, and open borders.
i felt that we had tensions because i usually despise it when people create nations almost on top of my own, and that you were in a position to completely wreck the Spanish country.
fortunately you didn't try breaking Spanish power, so i feel we should be allies, not countries who are barely neutral to each other.
