Freer? English Socialism has democratically elected soviets who elected the leader. Class divisions are narrowed. The domestic market is freed. And taxes are relatively high compared to other nation (but flat across all classes). Egypt's gradual transition into full English Socialism will actually lead to the Feudal Monarchy become akin to a Constitutional Monarchy.

Since navies under sorta underpowered for the moment, they have an added ability. Territories they blockade can't produce LP. Simple but effective.
