(OOC: First. I should point out that everyone should really check the table to see how much LP they have to spend. Many of you have FAR more than 5 LPs to spend)
The Holy Land has sent a Navy and is now claiming the Red Sea as their sea province. Currently, all nations are allowed through and there are no restrictions against anybody.
France has collapsed and Northern France is at war with Southern France. Northern France is Communist and Southern France are Fascists.
Brazentina has collapsed into three nations. Brazentina is the strongest of the factions and is trying to defeat the two Nationalist NPCs.
NPC Rundown:
Japanese Loyalists are still isolationist.
Great Britain is NO LONGER isolated. They have declared war on Southern France and are securing the Manche and Balearic Sea.
Northern France and Southern France are both requesting assistance.
The Canadian Pirates have DECLARED WAR on BATMANISTAN and has taken a defenseless territory.
Same as the Chinese Warlord.
Brazentina is trying to retake territories lost to the two Nationalist Rebel groups.

Same as in IOT6. XPs expand. LPs allow you to buy armies, navies, invest into counter-espionage, and fund one of the three WMD programs.

Our High Priest Aaron (A title, not a name) has heard a whispering in the wilderness saying "Go out into the wilderness, take your sword, and I shall give you victory." Aaron asked "Is that you Lord?" And the Lord said "Yes, now, oh Levi, command the brethren saying 'Judah go forth first, and his brother Simeon behind him, and all Israel and Judah behind him. And let the Holy Land be restored to the True Believers, from Nile to Euphrates."
And so the Priest Aaron sent a message to the Pharoah of Egypt, which was signed by both the Beloved King David and the Prime Minister, and it says such "Thus sayeth the Priest of the Aaronic Line, in the name of the Most Holy Land, that if you should cede us all land you hold between Nile and Euphrates, then we shall pay you for its value and one measure extra (OOC Translation: we'll pay 1 XP per territory, plus one total extra.) For why should you not take what your God Chemosh gives you, and we should take what our Lord gives us? But if you refuse, then the Lord himself shall Judge! Choose this day.
(If you didn't feel like reading all of that, we're offering Egypt a number of XPs equal to the number of territories they hold East of the Nile, plus one extra for goodwill, and we are declaring war if they refuse.)

We consider the Hetmanate to be better than most. We don't wish to antagonize you and we hope our countries may cooperate fruitfully in some field or another.
