Guys the pictures are now loading so its time to continue with our story

This won't be too long.
My maintenance is killing my treasury so I had started on building the summer palace in India. In 1700 Goa finishes the it and suddenly I gain 60gpt more than I had before I had put the palace there!
Pirates and Privateers are beginning to infest the world, and the royal navy is increasingly having to take care of them to protect my great trading empire.
But then, the unthinkable happened.... War was declared on the British Empire and her allies in 1703!
The battle lines have been drawn:
Allies:
British Empire
Spanish Empire
Dutch Empire
Portuguese Empire
Unholy Alliance:
French Empire
German Reich
Ottoman Empire
To give you an idea of the immensity of the war being waged, here is map of Europe.
As you can see, For the most part there is one continuous bloc: France, Germany and Turkey ranging from France in Europe to Pakistan in Asia. However, my allies and I have two advantages here. France is almost completely blocked from Germany by the Dutch in the North and by the Spanish in Milan in the South, and my allies and I have a complete dominance on sea power.
Here's an map of the global battle lines:
As you guys can see, France is the only one to have tried to establish an overseas empire. The immediate plans of the army are to (1) destroy all French ships abroad (2) blockade all French ports around France and (3) to steal as many colonies as possible. Secondary objectives are blockade German and Turkish ports. My biggest strategic problem is protecting India from Ottoman attack, so troops are going to have to whipped there immediately.
I have played no more than what I have now posted. If you guys think I should conduct the war differently, let's hear it! Because....
For Tomorrow's chapter, War on the High Seas!
