Confirming that I got 93 on Nov 6, not exactly sure if I GPSed it to Greece, but did it now anyway. Really sorry if it was on me all this time

Possible bug detected!

Guys can you all just check the largest culture in your cities, please? My Babilu had 198 , and I was pretty sure I am above Chinese capital, and way above Greeks. And yet my last goal failed to register! At the end of the turn 94 (this turn) my city had the most culture -- unless someone can prove me wrong I ask host to register my second winning point!

Tigranes I am 99% certain it registers at the turn flip rather than at the end of your turn - ie all people get their culture and then the game allocates the victory point.

So it should register at the start of next turn. Besides, you surely want the free golden age no?

I cannot ask host for Golden Age, and I am sure it wont register next turn, because it already has big NO in F8 screen

Then the other possibility is that you didn't kill dilli quick enough. Because the game does respawns it keeps track of civs that have been killed culture. With 2 religions for many turns it perhaps did have more culture your Babylon does now, and the same for Egypt with it's Stonehenge build.

Uhm, did not think of that... Have not been playing vanila RFC for a very long time (except for this game) so I am not sure how this was coded in the first place. But regardless, if goal says be most cultural and there is no city with CURRENT culture greater than mine, the spirit and letter of the goal are fulfilled. But lets wait for Knoedel's take...

The game keeps track of all civs past and present cultural values for each city. Therefore as you didn't raze dilli likely what the game picked up on is there is Indian city culture higher than Babylons in dilli and did not give you the victory. I've had issues with this on the sp mode.
