Rhye's Earth map, with 18 civs (Huge)

This is modification of Rhye's Earth map, with 18 civs (Huge): http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=134245
I change civilizations for the civs from BTS and make Europe less crowded. There is one more civ per americas, africa and asia. Minor terrain changes. Full description below.

Installation:
- extract Earth18Civs_mx to your Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\PublicMaps directory.
- to play it look for Earth18Civs_mx on the scenario list.

The following changes has been made in this version (1.0):

* leader changed:
- ramesses instead hatshepsut
- peter instead catherine

* removed civs:
- greece
- rome
- germany
- france
- spain
- america
- persia
- arabia

* added civs (new civs from bts except babylon and dutch):
- byzantium
- ethiopia
- holy roman
- maya
- khmer
- native americans
- portugal
- sumeria

* terrain changes:
- egypt - remove flood plains on resources
- sumeria - remove flood plains on resource
- incas - added two passage to rest of continent (2 peaks -> 2 hills)
- incas - added 3 crabs on the west coast (1 in city radius)
- incas/maya - added passage from central america to south america (1 peak -> 1 hill)
- maya - added banana in city radius
- ethiopia - moved elephants to city radius, added 3 sheeps in east africa (1 in city radius)
- byzantium - moved sheeps from city tile 1 tile to bottom
- south america - added 3 bananas in central
- asia - added oil in west Kazakhstan, added spices in Georgia
- africa - added 3 bananas and 3 spices in central africa, added 3 fishes in south africa
