And the train one - Could it be that the trains stopped or ran out of gas?

You can find me in darkness but never in light.
I am present in daytime but absent at night.
In the deepest of shadows, I hide in plain sight.
What am I?

You are standing by a river with a 5-gallon jug and a 3-gallon jug, but you need exactly 4 gallons of water. Using only the 2 jugs you have, how can you measure out 4 gallons?

- - -

When liquid splashes me, none seeps through.
When I am moved alot, liquid I spew.
When I am hit, color I change.
And color, I come in quite a range.
What I cover is very complex,
and I am very easy to flex.
What am I?

1. none

2. ?

3. Fill the 3 gallon. Then fill the 5 gallon to a third of what the 3 gallon has.

4. Paint?

The guy had to pay his Bestfriend 100$. How could that be?

This one should be quite easy but...Anyway :)

Bestfriend said "the result of tonights match before it starts"

As for the train one: the two trains are coming, but they eventually decide to stop (before they reach each other).

By the way there were a few answers to the "F" question from MTheil3508 on page (one was meade by me). So who, if anybody was correct?

The best friend said the score would be 0-0, as the score is always 0 before the game starts!

How would you rearrange the letters in the words new door to make one word?
There is only one correct answer.

The answer is... *drumroll* ONE WORD! :D

How many sides does a circle have?
Two. an inside and an outside:lol: Seriously, a mathmatition will tell you that the more sides a 2 dimentional figure has, the more circular it is. So the real answer is an infinate number of sides.

Ok, just wanna clear up some things on the train one.

Most of the answers you guys recently mentioned have already been mentioned before that, and no, they aren't correct. The trains are moving. They are moving FROM the same direction, towards a common point, not away from a common point. They are traveling at the SAME time, eg both at 8:00 AM (whatever time you want). I have also mentioned that they did not stop/run out of gas/etc ( gas? ).

No one has answered the other one on page 10 either. To recap, these two (of mine) have not been answered:

Two trains are coming from opposite directions on the same track at the same time. How come they don't collide?

And here's a couple of fresh one's :D.

Which word in the English language becomes shorter when it is lengthened?

I fly in the air,
But I am not always there.
I cannot be touched,
But I can be felt or held.
Think very hard,
But if you live near the equator,
You may have a tough time seeing me.
What am I?

I am the fountain from which no one can drink.
For many I am considered a necessary link.
Like gold to all I am sought for,
But my continued death brings wealth for all to want more.
What am I?

Knowledge?

 stupid dial-up, takes forever to load stuff. Fix my DSL Bellsouth!!!!

@ crackedcrystal: nope, both wrong, though the first is somewhat in that general direction.

I have DSL. Can't stand dial up..

Breath! not wind.

Yeah, dial-up stinks. The Bellsouth DSL network is out in all of Atlanta. So it should be fixed quickly. With that many custermers out, they are bound to be doing everything possible.

Still thinking, but I need to log off and clear the phone line. When the DSL comes back on I will be back.

Civanator: Yes, I believe that one was answered before. The answer was "tomorrow."

Yep, looked it up. ubannoying answered it.
