@ Perfection: I was very general with my description of "time." I never said that it was the same day, nor the same hour, minute, whatever. You guys never asked, IIRC. I was counting on the fact that you guys would assume that by time I meant time+day, not just time of day.

@TNG: I know the answer. The color of people's hair from the 80's & 90's :D

Bert, Karen, and Dave are drinking soda.
Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

But the riddle is in MY head, which I consider my own little world, where I make up my own rules. Therefore, I say goodday!

Besides, many of these riddles twist the english language.

Hey guys? Can we stop the arguing and get on with the riddles? Yeah, D&G's riddle was vauge, but riddles are supposed to be vague. . . that's the idea.

Personally, I'm a little disappointed in the answer, but then, it's not something to get all worked up over.

Riddles are also about perception. you need to step back from your point of view and look at someone elses.

Should D&G have reworded the question? Perhaps. If he has said "Thow trains are coming from different directions on the same track but they don't collide. Why?" it would have been too easy. Perhaps he threw the extra words "at the same time" in to make us look at it differently, even though he meant it the way I said it.

Dude. .. get over it. Sorry to be harsh, and I'm not trying to be an ass, but really. . . it's not worth it.

Fine. Let's just settle it at that.. all in all, the only thing that matters is that it took you guys 30 pages to solve that riddle

Not....Going....To....Go....There....

Yeah, but if you had worded it right, it wouldn't taken that long! :o :o :o

Doh! I went there!

My turn. . . what's green and blue? (<=== not a real riddle)

Ok. I promised I'd stop at that... therefore, I say goodday!

If you had only one match and entered a room in which there was a kerosene lamp, an oil heater, and a wood burning stove, which would you light first?

There is a house with four walls. Each wall faces south. There is a window in each wall. A bear walks by one of the windows. What color is the bear?

Something wierd happened on the 6th of May, 1978 at 12:34 a.m.
What was it?

No because I answered it almost right away. Then you had to go and change the word "in" to "from" and make my answer false :D

All in all, I think it was a better riddle with the word "in" though.

EDIT: It didn't come out that way, but I am joking around. I am not mad at you Diamondz. But, I really do think the word "in" makes a better riddle.
