This gets my vote.
Here's two riddles:
1) Because cigars cannot be entirely smoked, a hobo who collects cigar butts can make a cigar to smoke out of every 5 butts that he finds. Today, he has collected 25 cigar butts. How many cigars will he be able to smoke?
2) A train leaves St. Louis at 13:00 GMT, and another train leaves Los Angeles at 12:30 GMT. Assuming that the trains serve food almost immediately after departing, what meal do both trains serve?

1) Six. Five from the 25 buts, then these five make five butts, giving him a sixth cigar.

on both. Yeah, the second one was easy. I guess the only reason someone might get it wrong is if they think by "meal" I mean specific meal (pancakes, pizza, etc.).Another one, that's probably also too easy:
A woman has a drawer with five pairs of blue gloves and six pairs of black gloves. How many gloves must she randomly pick so that she has at least one matching pair?
Actually, the 13:00 GMT & 12:30 GMT almost threw me. I saw the 13:00, and locked onto that. It wasn't unitl I started to reply and saw the GMT that I realized it would be breakfast. I thought it was some kind of trick question. Wait, what am I saying? We don't have those in this thread! **cough** D&G **cough**

Edit: Now that I think of it, if she's acutally looking in the drawer, she should be able to see the gloves, and pull just two out that match. . . . you never said she wasn't able to see in the drawer. . .

12 gloves. She could pick 5 blue gloves for the same hand, 6 black gloves for the same hand, and still not have a pair. But then the next one will have to be either a blue or black glove, of the opposite hand.
