Ridiculous Map Start

Talk about broken map generator:
That's 9 resources in the starting location. Granted most of them are duplicate luxuries, but still...

I don`t see what`s wrong with 9 resources close together. So you got lucky and ended up by a big natural resource area. What`s ridiculous about that?

It`s a random world with random placements depending on environment choice.

Nope - I usually play on Monarch, but this is from a MP game on Prince. I usually get 2 or 3 resources in my starting location, so I figured this quite unusual. From responses I guess I was wrong...

You usually get more resources in the tropical sections of the map, I assume it's because of the jungles...(iron working)

I've had better randomly-generated starts. That's a pretty good start, but nothing extraordinary.
