I can't remember how Civ 6 release was, was it available to pre-download? I'm just wondering if I should wake up early and get it downloading before I go to work. So hopefully it will be ready for me when I get off work.
I know we aren't discussing Wikipedia connections anymore since we know all the Civs in this game, I just found it interesting 2 days ago they featured St. Basil's Cathedral and today feature a singer from Georgia.
Is there any room for them to get creative with the Zulu? We have an LUA and an agenda above what civ V offered.
- Ikhanda UD was already expected (and leaked...I suspect intentionally)
- Impi is pretty much a given. I'd expect a movement bonus
That leaves UA, LUA and agenda. I think Shaka is a safe assumption, although there are other options (both male and female).
I guess Shaka could get a combat bonus civ wide when a great person is used up? A dark age bonus? Seems unlikely, but trying to come up with something, anything that's creative and thematically relevant.

What female leader could they possibly pick for the Zulu?
I think the only possible alternative they could pick would be Cetshwayo kaMpande due to his victories over British forces. Otherwise why are the Zulu even here

For the Zulu besides Shaka, Cetshwayo or Dingane could make an appearance.
Although it should be Shaka, again.
No female leaders qualify to lead the Zulu in the game per historical records/basis.
Zulu Ability: IBUTHO LEMPI (same name as in Civ V) Unit promotion after every won combat
Zulu UU - IMPI - melee and range unit (replaces Swordsman)
Shaka's Ability: - IKLWA 50% bonus melee unit strength.
Shaka's Agenda: name? Respects only larger/more powerful civilizations. Dislikes all civs weaker than the Zulu.
Actually thinking about it some more I think it would be super cool, at least as a mod, to have a "Civilization: Legacies" sort of deal where every single leader that has ever been in any version of Civ returns. Even the poor ones (looking at you, Maria I), fictional ones, and non-leader leaders. It wouldn't be as much about history history as much as about Civilization franchise history, but it would be really fun as a collaborative mod project. You could have Civ V Spain vs. Civ II Babylon vs. Civ VI England etc in one game. So in that context I would be fine meming Shakala back. But only that context.

Hi everyone, just a heads up that our dev livestream will be on Friday this week instead of Thursday. We'll post our regular "tune in" info tomorrow. Hope to see you all there!
