I have already said - a super power turkey is not good to have as a sea neighbor.

My peace with Italy was very fair. Becasue they only have 6 provinces, i offered a dpp in which to help them if they are attacked. I will revoke the armistice zone in the sea in time. It was very just, and he though so too. Your peace will forever ruin the Austrians, and put threat to my nation and Italy's. Make another offer.

To show that Russia know what peace is the tzar desided to call the Austrian goverment in the name of peace
to Austria:
We understand why won't you accept the Turkish offer, so we will offer you somthing else.
1) 42 and 43 will be handed over to Turkey for two purposes:
1.1) You will not have any sea conection.
1.2) You will not need to pay turkey any money.
2) Teritory #40 will be handed over to Russia.
With 1) and 2) you will be left with only main Austria.
3) You will sign a DPP with both Turkey and Russia, that we will defend you.
4) You could build any number of armies you want in your teritories.
Is that fair enough?
Also the tzar heared that Vikingland signed alliances with 2 enemies, Prussia and today Austria. he desided to give them a last chance.

You will need to answer fast (or may I ask Roddy to not make an update today?)
1) Teritories 63 and 66 will become DMZ teritories, unless thos areas are the last for each nation.
2) Seas G anf F will be DMZ to, for no aggresion between our nation at all.
3) a NAP will be signed until peace is returned to Europe.
If you will not answer in the time we given you, you WILL be attacked. becouse you decleared war on us, by saying you will help Germany and Austria.

2) Sea P will be DMZ, unless a sea war with catghe will start, that Russia will send ship help to Turkey.
3) AFTER the Austrian war we will need to discuse more.

Gee, why would I attack you, after you took vital lands from me and attacked me for no appearant reason?
We cannot be a landlocked power, it is that simple. All I can tell you is that Austria has little use for a large fleet, and at any rate, it couldn't go many places, particularly in an offense against Turkey.
We will cede 43 to the Turks for peace in exchange for 10c as a peace treaty. No strings attatched.
