Battles:
Sea C
Someday the treasure hunters of the future will have a field day in this area, there have been as many sea battles here as in most of the rest of the world combined. The Vikings tried another attack at the British homelands. One of their ships was loaded full with 4 armies and watched while the rest of the Viking fleet fought a brave battle against a numericaly superior British fleet.
Rolls: 6,4,1,1 vs 5,5,1 then 5,2 vs 6
Paris (9)
The French, having recieved the money from Russia, ralied for the defence of Paris. The Spanish attacked with everything they had in reach of Paris. The French fought bravely, but were no match for the superior numbers of the Spanish.
Rolls: 5,4,4,2,2,2,1 vs 6,5,5,3,2 then 6,4,3,1 vs 6,1
Province 35
Easy capture for the Vickings.
Province 33
By the time the Russians arrived, the Italians had already retreated back home.
Between 41 and 56
The Russians armies were supposed to just provide support for the main invasion of Viena, but they met with the whole Austrian Army which had deserted Viena and was looking for a new home.
Rolls: autobattle, 1 loss for Austria.
Viena (41)
The Russians found the city completely lacking a defence.
Province 56
Knowing that if Viena was attacked that they could not stand for long, the Austrian Army went of in search of revenge against the Russians.
Province 59
The Prussians, overwhelmed by the combined armies of Russia and the Vikings, strike at the undefended rear of their bitter enemies.
Sea P
The Russians built a defencive fleet just in time to have it intercept the Carthigians landing on thier shores and be quickly sunk.
Rolls: 5,5,4,4,4,3,2 vs 5,3,2,1
Province 54
The Carthigians decided to force the Russians to stop their advance West by attacking their rear.
Rolls: Autobattle, Cathage looses 1 army.
Province 50:
Having not gotten a clear answer from the Turks (i think), the Carthigians continued their asault.
Gold to Spend:
Russia 34
Vikings 22
Britain 21
France 6
Spain 25
Carthage 26
Italy 27
Austria -2
Prussia 9
Turkey 6
Austria was -2, so i took of the 2 armies that went hungry last time. (EDIT: realized i was counting the -3 from last time twice and fixed my mistake)
just to clarify some things. both of the sea battles (C and P) had 'transports' on the attacking sides. since there were no specific orders given for them and both attackers used the word 'transport' in reference to the ships, i left those ships out of the naval battles because what would be the point of winning the naval battle if you have no invasion force left to invade with (loaded ships would be targeted first by the enemy).
