I agree to postpone this until negy ( can't remember the rest ) cames back, and then discuss what to do. A 3 man roster is doable, but a 2 one is a almost dead game...

Thoughs

I marked a possible site in the frozen south with a “City?” sign. Double deer + marble + lake. Not a priority, but it can useful in future ( can surely feed some scientists ).
Utrech is in avoid growth mode because of the :) cap... may be useful to let it grow unhappy to whip a settler for the north ( I’m getting a little clautrophobic with Capac ). Dotmapping required...
Some units would put our power rating a little more respectable...
One alternate for city 5 spot would be 1 SW
No trades avaliable so far.

Got it, will play and report in a few hours. The city in the south fine for me, but first I would go north and grab as much land as possible without war. There is a rice/ivory/iron spot I would like to take. (At least start a settler.)

I stopped in 50BC (and left some units unmoved) to discuss next 2 city locations. I would go for City8 and City5 (1E from its original sign, now on the coast). An aggressive plan could be 1W or NW form City7 & City2. Do we want a war with HC soon?

For me 1 W of city 2 and 1 NW of city 7 is the best we can do ATM

About warring HC... sooner or later? Do we try a late axe/sword rush or we wait for cats?
 
We can't build city 7, its too close to Incas without razing that city, but do we want to settle one square from the coast?

As for war I would say sooner then later.
