As we all know, most people can't usually tell whether someone is sarcastic or not when they type. Thusly I suggest the implementation of a sarcastic font akin to what's proposed on this website;

It's simply reversed italics but it'd be rather unique in its own right.

No, learn to interact with your fellow humans (not directed at anyone in particular). Most can figure out sarcasm with a bit of effort.
