Finally ... here in the U.S., Barbie dolls are still wildly popular with young girls. But in Saudi Arabia, the religious authorities have renewed an anti-Barbie campaign. In a new Web site message, the Saudi Committee for the Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice called Barbies and their revealing clothes "a symbol of decadence in the perverted West." Barbies have been banned in Saudi Arabia for more than a decade. In rare agreement with the Saudi religious police, many American feminists say they, too, find Barbie offensive.
they also banned it becuase them because they said Barbies were was a 'Jewish Influence'
