SCENARIO: New Earth v1.23
(finnaly at CivFanatics)

Introduction:

Your spaceship is destroyed.
Your colony pod was landed on unknown planet.
Maybe there are more pods with more people.
Who knows?
Your main goal is SURVIVAL.
That will be hard, since most of our tech-data is lost after hazard.
Also, we'll need to beware of the natives.
Some of them could help us, other could kill us.

Rules changes (based on "Player1 MOD"):
-Saltpeter removed
-Artillery needs Iron
-All pre-industrial wonders, Universal Suffrage,
Theory of Evolution and Longevity can't be built
-Maximum research time raised to 100 turns

Important note:
This scenario is based on "Player1 MOD" v1.45 (aka "Patch suggestion MOD").
All changes done in that MOD are NOT detailed in this readme.

Changes in v1.23
Scenario made compatible with 1.45 version of Player1 MOD.
In fact, that just means that some tweaks to operational range of Helicopters and Tactical Nukes are made.

100 turns?? that is a little extreme, especially if you survive, but only have a couple cities. also when you begin you will have no almost no science production so research will take around 80-99 turns.

Don't worry.
When you expnad enough and develop your core cities, it will all come to its palce.

Some tips:
1) Aim for Evolution wonder
2 free techs is a treasure.

2) Scientific civs get Refining for free.
If you are not Scientific, aim for Electoronic and then tarde it with AI

3) You won't realy need a high tech at start.
You don't have resources and production to use all those high tech units & imporvments.

4) This scenario is much easier at smaller maps.
Tech goes faster at small map, and it's easier to find resources or other civs.

Finnaly, a REAL update

Changes in v1.14

All pre-industrial wonders, Universal Suffrage and Theory of Evolution are removed from build list. This is mostly done to preserve game balance and to increase AI competence.
Also some UU bugs have been fixed.
