sci-fi project- which would you perfer?

I am a relativly new guy here and, after several months of waiting, I would like input on which scen I could get the most help with (yep I would give anyone that wants to a shot at this)

The Klingon Cardassian War is not TOS. Beyond that I'm also wondering what Klingon War is about.
