Hi I'm kinda new for this but how do you put the black scoreboard at the top right corner that shows you the score of the civilization that u also haven't met yet ? Is it a button or a kind of a mod ...

Go to the Options menu. Then choose Interface Options (or something like that). There should be an option to activate/deactivate the scoreboard.

I thought the scoreboard was only available on multiplayer. Meh, i could be wrong ha

No, it's available in both SP and MP.
Go to the options menu, go to interface options, and the bottom choice on the left hand side is called 'Single Player Score List'. Check this box.
