How the heck did Mali build such a formidable fleet and army in such a short time? They must be free troops. And as soon as you recaptured Madrid, they turned on you?

Mali had an unbalievably huge force already when I got exiled, whenever you complete that mini-quest (I guess that is what you would call it) you automatically declare war with the civ you were exiled to. I guess Mansa Munsa thought it would be funny to see Europe in shambles (for Spain bieng at war with all the other civs).


1.)England is giving away a city to France!!!! I've almost never seen that happen to me.


2.)An Independent Great General invading the Arabians... didn't end to well. Mecca was a little to underdefended.

Sometimes if in a war you lose the capital quickly you get that quest, tho mostly its a really annoying quest >_<.

Another Great AI Turkish Empire, with holdings in Cameroon, Belarus and Eastern India. Also notice the interesting vertical shape of Holland, which goes all the way to Venice. BTW, my Incan empire isn't that backward as Machinery research implies - I've already researched Liberalism and Military Tradition.

Dunno about Turks, but Warsaw and Berlin were captured when the Germans were still alive. The fall of Berlin triggered their collapse.
