But why is Kérkyra in the ocean?

Because if it was closer to the mainland Greece it would be connected to it via a land-bridge. So i had to isolate it a bit to make it a real island

Yup, the sign to the CivTown entrance is now backlit! Truly another example of the architectural ingenuity that exists in this great city.
