Also posted in the Total War subforum here, basically my first assault was a phyrric defeat (I killed 60% of their troosp) and had to call in the mostly AI-controlled reinforcements. They decided to move a siege tower to the rear and this is what happened. All the men in the air died after a few minutes.

They must have been the crappy STuG IV's.

Also, have the latest patches optimized OF at all? I can run vCoH fine, but OF lags me a lot, even with lower settings.

Strange bug in Sims 2. The girl was playing chess, I joined her, then I stopped playing chess while she was moving her pawn. She then kept her hand like that for the duration of her visit.

This was one of the images from the first mission of a hopeful IL-2 Career AAR. Unfortunately the flawless mission, 1 kill and 1 Anti-Air destroyed, was not to be. I was killed on the landing approach by a fellow squad member who cut in front of me on the runway. We both died. And yes, I owned that noob communist.

Yes, after fighting my way trough almost all of Germany, having to stall my offensives in the north twice to stop my weaker southern front from collapsing, the British and the rest of the allies boldly occupy Bornholm with 20 divisions, and are kind enough to land 3 of them in Rostock and give them to me. I stuffed them in Berlin to strengthen the already pretty secure defense. And after the war i'l bet you they managed to make it look like the captured it all by them self

That's pretty impressive, but how did you get both North and south italian as your national culture? I didn't get south italian as a national culture when I unified Italy as Pidemont. Did you start as the Papal States?

No, I started as Sardinia-Piedmont. And I have no idea how I did it.
