My baby girl survived another two vs the odds dog fight. 10 confirmed fighter kills, my buddy didn't make it on this one Pilot wounded, bullet holes everywhere in the cockpit, but my baby is tough.

Like Scamp said its IL2-Sturmovik 1946 (which includes all the expansions) and that paint scheme is my custom one for the BF-109 G2 1942. I will get some more screens of some dogfights in action to show you.

Just got a Russian Ushanka today, wasn't expecting to get a hat . I guess that makes up for not getting a halo due to a full backpack (Which most people on the server that I was on were complaining about, to be discussed in the TF2 Thread).

I love the second screenshot. It just has epic movie feel to it. 3rd one would be amazing if you could see the earth at the top of the screenshot.

I didn't get the HALO in my inventory until I had played soem TF2 for a few minutes, but I was hable to equip it. Also I think items you are owed but don't have room for are still attributed to you, they just are hiding until there is room, but I'm not sure exactly.

Pilot career, September 1944 in Crimea. Escorting two squadrons of HE-111's on a bombing run on trains. Intercepted by 5 Squadrons of Soviet Mig3s, lasted for a while, managed to get the bombers safely out of harms way. A rouge shot from a Soviet AA placement knocked out my up and down controls while I was being chased by four MIG3s (Veterans with maybe a couple aces) I tried to flee but without proper controls I could only manage to use my rudder to keep me from flipping over. Had to run straight, fast and low over the Black Sea. Those MIGs tore me up and I couldn't outrun them mostly because they were newer models (I stuck with my 1942 G2) and that was my downfall. They absolutely rattled me with bullets, one of them got over zealous and came in close which allowed me to hit the flaps, drop the throttle and drop behind him. I killed him with a few well placed cannon shots to the engine as he passed. The others were smarter and kept nailing me with rounds until I could no longer maintain speed or altitude. Tried to bail but bullets had jammed the canopy. The German ace with over 230 confirmed kills since 1939 had finally been stopped by the Soviets.
