Apparently, when we first boot up the new forum, the search sometimes runs fast, sometimes run slow, making fun of posters. We decided to leash it for a time, to teach it a lesson.

It'll be let out in due course. If it behaves.

Yeah, he really should have done a search.

I want to tweak the search page a bit before re-enabling search. It's better to have a fast forum with no search then a forum with search but crashes or gives busy signals.
