Seems good, a luanch on t.188 is very good, seen the beginning of the game.

Curious to see if we are around the medal zone, or if we have the usual 20 turns delay.

Well, not much to wait, i think.

Great work guys :goodjob: Looks like this game is in the bag.

If the next turnset is the launch turnset, is the one playing it going to finish the game or are you going have another turnset to just wait for the ship to arrive at Alpha Centura?

Double post.

One more...two more...it doesn't really matter.

I'd recommend just finishing it off it one hit. It's just pressing enter, so why wait?

I third that

It doesn't matter to me who pushes the launch button and/or waits for the ship to land. Just save before launching and the turn before the mission is complete.

I have been graph gazing and am heartened to see several teams have already exceeded our target date. If you're reading this, sorry, I don't intend to gloat, yet....

The team that worries me the most is X-Team. Their three graphs are all out in front of everyone else and impressive.

As soon as part production is done, are there any thoughts as to what we want to do?

I know the criteria is fastest Space Race win date. Is there a tie breaker? I looked through the game announcement but didn't find anything. Hopefully it won't matter., but if there is one, such as score, we would want to boost our score for the last 6 turns.

Just for fun, let's build a some Cruise missiles (for bombardment) and a pair of transports for our Paras, and conquer Atlantis!

Score is usually the tie breaker ...

I have not see the save, in case i'll see after the PPP is posted.

I think that we can build some more WW, like Eiffel and CR. Also some NW, just to increase score.

Research: Refrigeration after the SS techs, then artillery, try to trade for MT or MS.
Then Advanced flight, and the path to FT.

It's not exactly hit enter: we must watch Shaka, i hate to be sneak attached.

Build some more navy. Let Atlantis to the tritons.

won't grabbing Atlantis add to the score ?

Do we have a spare GArt to culture bomb it to get it to count before we arrive ?

Get rid of the scientists and grow pop. Culture bomb won't help score. The score is calculated on squares owned and they have to be owned for a certain number of turns before they count towards score. The 6 urns after production won't be long enough.

Pop would certainly add more to the score.

Atlantis has more culture than any of our cities. Forget the culture bomb.

But it will add his population to the score. Capturing it will give us its entire population, since this start decrease after go out of revolt.

Build some bombers (a lot), upgrade the galleons or build some, build some marine, support them with paratroopers and go.

But don't be dostracted from the main goal: launch ASAP.

Sorry i forget to update the roster.

Sweeta, you're UuuuuuuuuP!

Oh, I see. I even looked at the 1st page, and only noticed that the "links" made it Simon's turn. I should've actually read it, not just scanned it. OK, I'll put a PPP together.

If you want to plan your TS to the end of the game, that's okay with me. If you decide to play your five turns and hand it off, I promise that I'll pick up the save right away and finish the game within 24 hours or so.

I had a typical farcical weekend... at least in relation to civ. Sorry guys. Unfortunately, I won't really have time tonight, so I CAN do it in the morning, but if this is unbearable... kill me instead. ;)

Did anyone else see UFC 100?
