SGOTM 12 - One Short Straw

I mean if Stalin has 60+ gold and doesn't know polytheism or some small tech like that I think peace and a trade for that gold would be worth it.
Especially if Stalin gets 200+ gold somehow, peace for a trade for that gold would give us a needed push in this early going.
Ok, but how do you get peace?

Otherwise, plan's good. Go ahead. :)

so just started playing declared on De Gaulle and found 3 archers (1 combat 1, 1 drill 1, 1 no xp) with a settler in the forest 1E of the southern Mtn (next to worker I just captured.)
I assume I put both chariots on the worker and hope for the best?

Maybe capture both workers this turn, declare ceasefire next turn? (disbanding warrior and worker if they find themselves adjacent to an archer?

Definitely put both chariots on the worker

That settler is going to some tile that has no fallout, make sure you don't clear a tile for him near sugar.

With all those archers there, you might give the warrior a shot. What the heck. Doubt you'll see any attacker though. They'll come from teh fog if anything.

But you can still have the two chariots escort the worker east next turn, then just before cease fire, send the chariots back across and up into the mountain 1W area.

good chance he is settling there in the forest don't you think?

Took the 2nd worker, no sign yet of archer nearby (3 fogged tiles near Orleans though)

guess so. hadn't thought of that. keep your fingers crossed

EDIT: We'll have to re-calculate the teleporting facts if he settles on the forest!!!

I assume I declare on De Gaulle again and take another worker from him? He will road to Rheims through his new city...

I am wracking up negative diplo modifiers for Mao who is friends with De Gaulle
