SGOTM 18 - Unusual Suspects

Congrats guys, very well done!
Your game was original with efficient stealing on Mussa and great use of the AP.
Seems you decided to war only the bad guys

@ Neil: are you sure the Ducks are going for space?

Spoiler :
I am so pro at allways hitting the first post of a new page by chance omg omg

Maybe I didn't study their thread well enough....

Wouldn;t be the first completely wrong and dumb thing I have said ;)

Whaou great jobs done.
I was really thrilled by the result and impressed by the tests you made on the end.
thanks for the experience :)

will look at other threads for couple of days ^^

OMG, seen the power raise of paratroops in progress. impressive :o

In fact it seems that (bar stupid misclick), Kaku, TSS and PD are going to finish in almost the same turn:
Target is 184 for TSS, 186 for Kaku and 190 for PD :eekdance:

The dates for those 3 teams are unbelievable.

Still, I am happy with our achievement....best of the rest.
At least we got some payback by beating MGN & PR.

If only there was some special award for always finishing 1 place out of the medals...we would smash it!!!

If just 2 of them finish on the same turn, we medal!!!!

Hehe, I have been doing it for half an hour.

Yes. go for it.

I'm digging into various threads at this time.
very interesting post:

There might be some distortion effects that I am not aware of.
I think... The gifting of a very poor (trojan horse) city made tech stealing a lot cheaper, but apparently hurt the Musa economy enough early on to prevent runaway tech monstering. Interesting!

our troyan might be game deciding event

Damn, I slept through the whole thing. Great job, Neil!!! :goodjob::goodjob:

And great job everyone!!! :goodjob:

Sorry I wasn't able to contribute more. And sorry the outcome was pretty much the usual for us. :king: But, it was really nice having all the new blood along for the ride.

Are we allowed to check the other threads, now?

This has not stopped Neil in the past... :D

Congrats--- well played.

I have to check out your mojo to make it official, but you are welcome to read other teams but don't post if they aren't done etc etc:goodjob:

So in theory we should be on the same team, saying silly things..my #1 trait ;)

Nice game, i always like reading your threads.
..we failed a Horse Archer rush early, and are quiet happy with having recovered our game at all. Being only a few turns behind you is great :)

Birds of a feather....

Bad luck on the HA rush, we were looking at your graphs and wondering what happened.

Nice recovery.

The realist/half empty/negative person in me would say:

"You can call it whatever you want, but its still 4th place!"
And if the Russian teams were still playing, it would be 6th place.

I'm happy to be Best of the Rest. :trophy2:
