Here's another logistical catch. T113 Fredburg galley takes 2 amphibs, T114 drop them into London from Lon-se. Then T115 how do the FC knight and the SQ cat both board?

If SQ finishes the cat on T114 (requires copper), then with a road at Paris-3n1w, it moves to Par-3n. Then boards the galley on T115 at Par-4n1e, galley moves to CEB-nw and the FC knight boards.
 
OMG...shows I haven't been playing on normal speed for a while. I thought wkshps were 5 turns. They're 6 :( That ruins all my plans.
In my defense, it was the Fredburg worker that tricked my by having 5t workshop.

What are the other galleys doing? shortcut for knights to Istanbul? Prevent barbs spawning North of Persep?

Goldrush: improve the 2nd gold so we can work it in 8 turns? or just work the incense and send the worker to Jerusalem. Gold is a lot better.
Send the 2nd worker to Jerusalem
Worker-turns are valuable. We should be roading/mining as much as possible. Those same (gold) mine hammers could be producing more hammers at Jerusalem or Istanbul, for instance, much closer to the fronts.

The Knight has to be done in 3t: T114. We sure are throwing away a lot of coins working citizens and forests.

Two-chopping Oporto allows us to finish the granary this turn and the knight on T114. That allows Oporto to grow and build wealth or research or a settler. We could even leave a worker behind to finish those mines and road other nearby hills.

Food for thought.

Edit: No. The granary is useless. Oporto will only grow to pop5, then stop. pfft pos aqueduct :lol:
 
Reminders:

1. T112 we can cancel metal deals.
2. We'll need jungle roads to the ne of Gandhi.
3. KK has a warrior at Munich-3e.
4. Gandhi has an archer next to our spear in South Africa. Promote to cover?
5. I would have moved both workers to Bombay-sw to road next turn. After capturing Bombay, we might be able to snag workers at Bombay-ne and even Bombay-n2e, if we don't use our Medic to capture Bombay.
6. Sal has an archer+chariot pair at Rostov-nw.
7. Paris-2s also has a 1t chop.
8. Beware of some city losing its Representation 3:).
9. Also, on T110, Gandhi had an un-escorted settler facing se at Bombay-2s1e.
10. 40 unowned tile per barb unit on Monarch. I estimate 160-200 unowned tiles, so at least 4-5 barbs are spawnable, if not already roaming somewhere. One is likely to spawn to the south of Delhi this IT.

:think: Now I'm wondering... why send all those workers to Fred. Fred has some workers and won't need much help 5 turns from now.

Fred is also not closer to the action than Canal or even Athens. Especially if you think about Sal and the ferry boats.
