Awesome, we can get our IW now. 
How is this one a fail? connecting Peter's trade TRs +3 and just meeting Peter is huge. Luckily we seem to have been just early enough to get Friendly in time. At least in theory.
And finding the stone was a pretty big plus.
2f2h2c plainsfarms in the GAge + Bureau are nice compared to a scientist, But Oxford does love the scientists and changes that comparison. Hmm. I think I agree no NE here just yet, but we gotta speed up the tail end of his GS run.

I don't know teams well at all, but meeting a team-mate wouldn't get you contact with the other, right? cus we don't know SB's team member. Keep in mind, I could be mistaken about the team, but it makes sense.Does SB have a Great Spy in our land?

Great spy? or submarine?
The team thing would really punish those that attacked SB. I was tempted at times.

I can't explain why he is willing to trade Iron Working unless he knows more AI than Peter.

I was asking. I don't know if we auto-meet a teammate. I can't recall from the one or two team games I've ever played.
